    This is an excellent lecture from which those in Government and those aspiring to Government could learn much.
    However, I am not too certain how the Government can be described as COMPETENT on the one hand whilst articultating their many WRONG DECISONS on the other hand. Surely the fact that the Government made so many wrong decisons makes them both incomepetent and a failure by default.
